Custom Mats are made-to-measure for a perfect fit in any indoor space
Custom Mats precisely match the dimensions provided by the customer for even the most complex shapes. Heating wire is embedded in the Custom Mat at the factory and does not need to be configured during installation, ensuring consistent heat output throughout the heated area and significantly reduced installation time. At only 1/8” thick, Custom Mats also reduce height buildup.
Custom Mats typically ship in 5 to 7 business days. Actual lead time varies and will be confirmed upon quotation and/or order.

Note:
- Custom Mat resistance must be tested before, during and after installation to validate Nuheat warranties.
- All wiring connections should be completed by a certified electrician.
Material: Consist of a single-conductor tinned copper braided heating wire sandwiched in a pre-configured pattern between durable, two porous layers of fabric
Operating Voltage: 120 V, 208 V, and 240 V
Power Output: 12 watts per square foot (15 watts per square foot when required/specified)
Maximum Continuous Exposure Temperature: 194°F (90°C)
Heating Cable: Single wire with ground braid outer layer
Cold Lead: 2-wire, 18 AWG plus ground braid layer; 10 ft (3m) length. Extended cold leads can be Made To Order up to 22 ft (6.7m) long at an additional cost (more information is available here or contact our Customer Care Team).
