Heat-tracing controller configuration and monitoring software that provides a graphical user interface for programming and monitoring RAYCHEM electronic temperature control products from centralized and remote locations.

Raychem Supervisor is available in two Editions – ‘Standard’ and ‘Enterprise’:

• The ‘Standard’ edition is a single server, multi-user version. It provides connectivity to several hundred control units in the field, and can support up to four simultaneous users
• The ‘Enterprise’ edition offers unlimited multi-user, multi-server network capabilities, expanding on the capabilities of the ‘Standard’ edition

Raychem Supervisor software is comprised of four main components

1. Parent Server software
   • Responsible for managing all system data, client(s), and connections to Child Servers
2. Child Server(s) software
   • Responsible for managing communications to locally connected devices
3. Client(s) software
   • Provides the graphical user interface
4. Database
   • MSDE
