TT7000-HUV Concentrated Acid Sensing Cable for Aboveground Piping, Modular

Raychem TraceTek TT7000-HUV is a range of fixed length, concentrated acid sensing cables. Responding to sulfuric and nitric acid, they can be installed outdoors, in sunlight and rain, or coastal environments. When acid contacts the cable, it is absorbed by the outer rope layer and then dissolves the protective coating on the cable electrodes, triggering the leak detection signal. Installed with an alarm and locating module, the cable detects leaks, triggers an alarm and pinpoints the location.
